We created a new site using TikiWiki collaborative groupware: http://www.code-postal-facile.be
The objective is to learn more about TikiWiki in more details since it is a piece of software that can be used to create a community with sound base building blocks.
One aspect is that post codes are really central to the referencing of resources like pharmacies, hotels, restaurants etc and lots of independent sites do exist for each information but none is assembling them in a single coherent location.
That's the point here: provide such coherence.
Another important item is that I do want to learn a lot more about SEO and this shall be a good experience using a real case.
